I made an appointmentJuly 3, 2024 for an oil change. I arrived a bit early and they took my car in for service about 15 minutes prior to my appointment time. The oil change was completed in about a half hour and I headed home. While driving I noticed something weird on the dash plus it was indicating various radio station settings. In also realized the oil indicator quality had not been reset to a 100%.. Ifelt under the circumstances I needed to contact Brooks Huff. Not being certain whether this was an individual franchise or who was responsible for their service. I went to their website and completed their contact form. Within minutes I received a phone call . I explained the situation and the gentleman I spoke to was very polite and agreeable. He suggested I stop in at my convenience Monday. I didand he and a co-worker troubleshooted the issuefor over a half hour untill theyrestored the dash to its original settings. I am so impressed with their dedication to resolving the issue.
